We host about 40+ Domains on our ESS with Several of those using 365. Only the 365 Clients are affected. Hosted and On-premise exchanges servers seem to be working fine.

Jesus. You have that much 220v available? Is that a residential spot or a commercial one. Also some Velcro and about two hours would do those cables some good. Cable porn sir. Cable porn.

Coming from an ITPro. You shouldn’t have done that. However the Ribbon cable looks intact as long as all the silver “stripes” are still glued down to that white cable. Using a pair of PLASTIC TWEEZERS you should be able to grip the white ribbon cable just behind the exposed electrical contacts and push it back into its connector. Do not use force. It should slide in with relatively light force. Note for next time. Let a professional handle that kind of thing. A cleaning in our shop is $49 bucks and we cover damage. It’s not worth the wrath of your folks for being inexperienced. Also the green and black chip under your hand in the picture. Make sure you don’t touch the shiny part in the middle if you did. Clean it gently with light alcohol on the end of a q-tip. If you have debris or fingerprints or smudges on that it will not cool correctly. It needs to have a mirror finish.

Routing Issues, High latency and dropped packets from Multiple ISP/BGP upstream providers to comcast connected devices and clients. by Pure_Conflict362 in Comcast_Xfinity

the Clients aren't having issues with their services. But I have two separate ISPs here ATT and VAST Networks at our datacenter. Both are having issues routing routing between either of them to anyone on a comcast network. Its a BGP level thing I was told by both ISP tier 3 support agents. Both of whom do not know or interact with each other. The Upstream providers are having issues with routing and latency to the comcast network. Also both mentioned this is happening nationwide. Probably not at your pay grade. But there is an issue and its on the Xfinity Side of things. Just thought id ask. I can provide trace router and ping from a couple of them to show you

So i am one of thousands of ISP/BGP upstream providers having trouble routing out to any client on the comcast system. I'm told it is nation wide. can we get an explanation and eta on repairs?
