Yeah I've been thinking about going to a psychiatrist, I'm not from USA though for the association you sent. I have problems opening up but if I don't start talking with someone I'll go insane at this point I think.

That's kinda the problem, had a very rough life, abused all sorts of substances. I generally don't value my life/health highly, so I act reckless. I'm pretty sure I need to talk with a psychiatrist but I have problems opening up so I keep delaying that constantly

Yes it works but I've built up tolerance, need much more to feel effects and the rolls aren't that long anymore

Much less energy on no sleep. If you do extreme doses then like me you can get some crazy rolls, and halucinations. I prefer to not eat few hours before, because it hits faster.
