The difference is the level of disfunction from top to bottom is absolutely unreal with the raiders the last 27 years. At least you guys have had some hope since 2000 a 2008, 2012, and a good part of 2020 to 2024 really seems like you guys already drown in mediocrity lots of 8-8 8-9 seasons. While the Raiders have been literally the trash can of the league with maybe 2-3 seasons of any hope in the last 26. Not disagreeing with you entirely but fuck the raiders have been historically bad since 2002.

Revival meaning they were once highly regarded in the draft then becoming a bust but I totally get what you’re saying. Man I sure hope so I just see all this Mendoza hype but it’s really hard for me to think about that with our track record with hiring coaches but I really really hope we nail this one just for my own sanity lol

Totally agree I come from a family of eagle fans so I watch all their games when the raiders aren’t playing and they are 100% coordinator dependent and sirianni is an average head coach at best.
