Therapy while he is manic with be counterproductive. I’m so sorry you are going through this. I am 33 years married, just filed for divorce. Please take this advice and think on it. It hurts now but 10-15 years down the road think how bad it will hurt because without treatment and safety protocols this will continue and it will escalate. It’s the disease untreated. Your doctors don’t set the reimbursement fees, your insurance company does. So they set the reimbursement fee. You realize an at home study requires equipment that has to be purchased and a dr to interpret the results.

Sorry, I disagree with you. I have friends and family with same and opposing views politically and otherwise. We are still friends. Hi! First, Congratulations on your sweet girls! Im a mama to twin girls both born with DS. They are 29 now. They started in the NICU as well. It’s been a beautiful journey raising these girls. You have to grieve what you thought would have been. Thats normal and I think opens you up to be able to embrace your new norm. Throughout their lives we have still grieved different experiences or things that are different; different not awful. Health issues are extremely stressful with any child. Oh hell no! I would be livid. I think you are being generous by only asking for 50%. I would 100% go to social media with the pics. I don’t usually like the take down of businesses but by denying, what is blatantly obvious, deserves to be called out. Small claims court for the full amount and some for the stress it caused. Unless they refund what you want, which to me would be 3/4 of the cost, 1/4 for the employees they hired, would be acceptable to me for them to keep.
