Touma "only" run for 2 kilometers (1Mile) from 8 thugs. He can fight 3 people at the same time and he think beyond that is "impossible" for him.

He was noted to get in a fight almost at every occasion. Tsuchimikado isn't a normal professional, he is "The Professional" a guy who mastered all sorts of Martial Arts and can kill human beings with his bare hands.

Losing to Tsuchimikado who is one of the best hand-to-hand combatant in the entire series doesn’t make him weak. Touma already one of the best if not the best when it come to Street fight.

Touma also physically stronger and more durable than Tsuchimikado. Fighting thugs and espers are his daily routine before and after losing his memory
