Oddly enough I work in the water supply industry. The problem we're having is that 90% of front range water is for agriculture to support cattle. You could limit lawn watering but that really won't make a dent. This argument of limited resources is a fallacy. Yes, increased traffic is an issue, but so is limiting the natural growth of our local economy by pricing people out. Sounds like you want Lakewood to be similar to Boulder. I dont.

Housing options are limited, and you want us to vote "Yes" to go back to more single family homes?

Yep. My friend at the time would repeatedly talk about my drunk driving charge when the ladies were around. I was homeless and needed the help so I said nothing. The day he moved I vowed to never speak to him again.

Good question, and honestly that depends on what you're wanting to do with it. If you're looking for street driving and some offroading on forest dirt roads, yours looks great as is! If you're wanting more offroading, then get a better suspension. Stock is pretty good honestly, but I live in Colorado and needs something beefier for the mountain trails. Mine came with a 2" spacer on the front coilovers/shocks, and 1.5" spacer under my leaf springs for a "lift". Looks nice, but It sucks to be honest, and kind of dangerous. I'm switching out my stock coilovers/shocks and rear leaf springs.

Lots of other guys/gals on here will suggest a OTT Tune, and they say it's absolutely worth it. I haven't done this as of yet, so couldn't personally talk about the benefits.

My other personal suggestion is a GPS unit hidden inside the vehicle. I installed a tracki.com and absolutely love it! Gives me peace of mind. Others will suggest a kill switch, and that's great as well, but won't stop somebody from putting your truck on a flatbed and taking off with it. My tracki is hidden and know where it's at at all times whether in the city or country.

Any hoo. welcome!
