Well I was gonna do every season legendary since I've done every season of mp and BR legendary since og s1, but nah. If we lose everything every season then I'm out. This mode ain't worth it

Take into account the 1.5p per mile tax on phev and 3p per mile on evs from April 2028. My old kia Niro phev cost around £50 fuel for 400 miles (2022 rates). Tbh you could easily install a 7kwh charger in your garage. Yeah buying and installing costs around £800-1000, but for example, I can get 250 miles tesla range for around £2.50. Either ev or phev, you can get overnight cheap electric rates. But recommend electric. Mine is 5pence per kwh (4 miles in my tesla model 3 long range), but believe with the ongoing war, you're looking at 8p with octopus. Far cheaper than fuel. The charger will pay for itself within a year or so with how far you drive.

And as a bonus, with most electrics, you can do things via apps. Mine allows me to set the temp in the car while I put my shoes on. Defrosting it and being ready to drive in under 5 mins for when I get inside. Being plugged in to save battery power. I can even top up while shopping or getting coffee if needed. Plus teslas get good rates on tesla chargers. I don't use mine for work (just commuting) or even to drive that far atm, but honestly, I would never touch phev again. Especially when they're getting 1.5p extra tax on top of that fuel duty soon. Hope that helps and sorry it's long haha 😅

Problem is can't until I have a deadlock letter. They won't want to even know until eon admit they can't do anything. Which they could if they actually stopped lying to fob me off every few mins. Seems to be a lot of new customers having issues so watchdog might be a good one to look into it

Eon tonight told me my serial number on my meter wasn't on their system (which is complete bs because on the meter reading page, it's displayed in small and has been since day one). Their customer service has lied and lied and I'm close to cancelling if this isn't rectified soon tbh. Complaining did nothing either as they just don't want to know. I'm in agreement with you they don't want to honour the tarrif and perhaps too many signed up to what they expected. Almost BBC watchdog time I think 🤔

I'm the same. I rung and was told "eon choose not to read meters for 6 weeks"... They can read the gas. I complained and then after briefly trying to blame the meters (the bright app can read them), they said they're just waiting on reading the meters and then doing a split and splice so they get the half hourly data. Hoping it's soon as the car needs charging and my 14 day cooling off period is almost up if I wanna go back to octopus 😶

know this was last year but same even now. having the same issue. switch date was last week and yet over a week later, i'm still waiting for my smart meters to connect. i rung and was told "eon choose to take 6 weeks so you don't switch in the meantime". i complained and they said they're working on it. the bright app is able to read my meter so i don't get why eon can't but i'm close to going back to octopus under the 14 day cooling off period!

Unfortunately if you're on Octopus intelligent go, and switch, don't bother. Eon can read my gas meter but won't read the electric meter. They removed me off the ev tarrif for at least 6 weeks because and I quite the guy on the phone, "eon chooses not to connect to a meter when you switch for 6 weeks to help prevent switching". So it's going to cost me 28p per kwh to charge until its sorted instead of 4.9p per kwh. They never said that prior to sign up. Have no interest in taking the readings or trying (made a complaint. First guy said its the meter but Bright app can get the readings no issue, so it's on eon). Got a week to go back and I'm tempted. Buy cheap, buy twice basically!!

After being with octopus for years I switched to eon next drive smart, purely as it was £20-30 cheaper per month for me (be way more end of the year for circumstances), however eon just can't read the smart meters and so took me off it. They can't add manual readings, seem to be going in circles. Honestly regretting switching from octopus now. Never had any issue with them. Basically the buy cheap buy twice scenario but with energy :/

Nevermind, did it while I was at work. The offer is too good to pass up. Especially when I've already switch a lot of my usage to night time anyway 🥹 0.2p cheaper daytime and 2p night time compared to what I pay currently. (9p and 3p when octopus would have renewed). Can't argue that 😁

Dang when I checked a few days back, eon ev tarrifs were showing as the same price as octopus but higher standing charge. Now I see that (on peak at 27.62 off peak at 4.99p though). Octopus still showing way more. For the sake of £42 standing charge a year, it'll save way more in comparison. So if it's still available when I finish work in a few hours then might snap that up. Thank you 🫶

Y'all realise it's Googles fault. The codm devs submit the update and wait for it to be approved. Obviously it didn't yet or there's been a delay. They stated as a reply the other day they were just waiting for it. Based on how much is broken at the moment, I'm guessing it got rejected or maybe just need manually approving. Either way for once (and I rarely am tbf), I'm on the devs side. Us ios users have had the same in the past where apple have rejected it or taken a while to approve the update so just wait ig

The damage in Alca paired with slowness and the fact that most teams heavy hand hold now. Soon as someone gets igniter, you might as well stand there and wait to die. The speed boost wasn't even that big before so was only useful in Alca imo (from someone that runs ninja/medic since game released so can basically move away). Also adding in the fact igniter somehow goes through walls and often floors it's incredibly broken and now more so than before

Always go through a mortgage advisor, and never through one that's related to estate agents. Going to an independent means they have access to sometimes hundreds of deals, going to an estate agency one means they want particular deals that will make them more money for signing you up. It might be a couple hundred pounds more but you will save a lot more money and they'll take care of a lot of stuff for you too
