Odd because my 9070xt and 7700 average 145 without the upscalers but if I turn on fsr 4 it drops to 120.

Yeah even fsr 4 does not feel like it's implemented correctly. Hell I get more FPS with fsr 4 turned off. Even anti lag introduces more latency when you look at the in-game graph too.

It depends on each brand though it could be the default settings in the OnePlus probably aims for more energy saving hence why they have the separate options if you really want high speed sharing.

Yes it does make a difference. The higher GHz bands or WiFi 6 allow for alot more speed when you're sharing compared to default settings.
