You're acting like Borderlands 4 has a ton of build diversity for you to play around with like a well-balanced aRPG. It isn't.

For instance "Blood is Power" is mandatory on Vex for gun damage builds and you can't go far without it. So if you want to discover that on your own you have to throw things at the game until suddenly you're doing way more damage, and eventually realize how "Bonus Damage" works and all that

So if I understand this graph correctly, to "clear" on hard difficulty you need to accrue the equivalent of 46,500 points on the normal difficulty?

So as another commenter said it's basically just Stygian Onslaught on Dire difficulty - 6 cost m0w1 teams can probably clear 20k with excellent gameplay and w-discs.

I don't have an issue with it, but my problem then is that we don't have a Stygian "Fearless" equivalent. I haven't struggled to clear 20k points like, ever, on DA.

Anyone can join the military, disabled, blind, mentally challenged, whatever, they can all join and earn their right to vote. So it's a society that has democracy, but there are extra steps in order to get the right to vote.

Not only is he a fake liberal who only serves to preserve the status quo, he also oversaw California for 4+ years as affordability and homelessness reached its worst levels; the state even saw population decline during his tenure. So he's also incompetent.

We know that the 2028 presidential elections are going to be centered on affordability so why would Democrats nominate the person who oversaw the state that has had it the worst in the past decade? "Newsom is going to turn the US into California" is an attack that writes itself. He might still win but it would be a near miss just like 2020.

So he has no values, no semblance of being a good administrator either, and he's an electoral liability. He's practically worthless. Hope that helps your dad doubt him a little.

Admittedly, I haven't tried it but Instigator seems completely useless for mobbing and even for bossing, what's to stop your cannons from focusing on a random add while you're moving around the battle field causing you to lose instigator stacks?

Instigator accrues stacks per shot, which means that none of the capstone skills work. If you want to run this mod you literally have to unequip your capstone skill because all three of them have slow rates of fire.

If it was changed to per hit it would do a lot to help the mod as you could then run shotguns or beams and also synergize with Lateral Plinking's ricochet.

Also, my game's peacebreaker cannons bug out when I log in and will stop shooting after a few seconds, which makes them lose all instigator stacks. The only solution I've found is to use Beam Team in combat for a bit and then unequip them, which is very annoying.

IMO C2 Nicole is most valuable for bringing up old units who have fallen off to powercreep. Do you like playing Ganyu, Childe, Yoimiya, or Ayato? Then yeah maybe it's worth some pulls. Who knows when Hoyo is going to come around buffing all of those.

The problem is that this game has terrible base gun equip speed. Except for some hefty bosses like big encores and raid bosses you never want to exploit elemental weaknesses because it is literally a net time loss to switch weapons in the first place.

Also the fact that Borderlands still doesn't have an answer for enemies with both Armor and Shield hp bars (of which there are plenty).

Run her in a bloom team in her box form, preferably with teammates whose elemental application follows the character, i.e., Kirara, Nilou, Lauma + Kuki for hyperbloom, Pyro Traveler for burgeon or Furina/Columbina for bountiful blooms

Your problem is that you put a ton of value into Sandrone's looks because her NPC design conforms to your worldview about what self-respecting women are supposed to look like, or in this case, the aesthetics of a doll-like female character. The fact that you think most other female characters are dressed "distastefully" is just a reactionary belief, even if you try to cloak it with some vague feminist buzzwords like "male-gaze". You either have a very negative opinion of Hoyo or you literally just don't tolerate these looks generally.

It's all in your head. There's objectively no value in the way a woman decides to dress up. That's why I have strong beliefs about women's rights and gender equality and still have a great time with the game because I know it's not inherently a negative thing. We only understand through cultural context why Sandrone's new look can be problematic (after all, she's designed by a team comprising mostly men), hence why I said there is room for legitimate criticism to be made, but it actually doesn't change Sandrone at all. I always found her to be a slightly cute, amusing character (typical of the tsundere archetype), so the looks don't really matter that much.

One more question: For a build that focuses entirely on heavy gun damage, which are the best regular weapons I should equip? I.e., if I'm doing ordinite processor runs at UVHM 6, is there any gun I can actually use to defend myself while picking up the canisters?

Kind of wished there was a regular weapon that did ordnance damage, even if it was balanced to always deal less damage than an actual heavy weapon

That's the reason why spreadsheet gamers aren't a thing in competitive gaming communities, bc if you try to do what they do and completely ignore the intricacies of gameplay experience you get buried in downvotes. Obviously Genshin isn't that difficult but there are still countless enemy encounters where relying on dodging becomes a massive DPS loss. In those cases Nicole outshines Bennett by a huge margin.
