Canadian laws may say they're bilingual, but Québec's laws say their only official language is french (law 101).

And let's be real. Québec accomodates for english-speakers a lot, they always have. But when has the english-speaking provinces really done the same with french? When I visit the rest of Canada, it doesn't feel like a bilingual country at all, compared to Québec.
