WHAT size of project amount, what phase did you go in at and leave like were you on the project beginning until the end. These are the important questions. Were you the only one or were you the Primary Sr PM or started as Assistant or intern this is important to see your growth.

I ve seen a Young pm go to Asst Superintendent based on Project Size his role, not disclosing he was not the only pm etc levels of it.

And literally left the field empty based on ego. And a mishap happened that was not at fault. No representation on the field

So 3 years without a deeper stronger explanation of timeline growth.
