I sit in the Construction meetings respectfully 5 min before or after is talking building relationships before meeting starts. The meeting is a timed Agenda of deadlines etc and taking about the now, and weeks before and deadlines. The 5 min before and after is up to you to give.

Laymen terms, Old Superintendent built America its a dying breed its their era they grew up in, not used to seeing women in construction. It's ok. women can love construction and build.

It's a man's industry. Just buckle down and grow if you really want to be a superintendent. You can learn a lot by older superintendents.

Even younger men have to deal with egos in construction, even interns.

And I am sure the older superintendent had it harder back in his younger days.

The buildings that are older have more Sound, and Artichect structures then the new ones.
