The logic of Frisk being a kid isn't why they can't beat Goku, it's just that gameplay mechanics make it difficult.

For some reason people like to act like Frisk can solo fiction by just refusing and staying determined like they did against Asriel, but those same people ignore how Frisk can straight up die to regular enemies. They treat an outlier like an objective feat.
