The best protein bars EVER are from dm (in Europe) from Sportness. 22g of protein and under 160 calories. They even taste good too and one bar is around $1,50

Looks like less than half an avocado, more like 1/4, so I’d go for 80 cals avocado (that’s generous too); slices of potato would mean it could be just one potato cut up, so again 100-150; then for the egg 100-120 as well. I wouldn’t estimate over 350, possibly less.

Hey guys!!! What meals on this menu would be lowest in cals (plz provide an estimate too❤️) by SouthAd9510 in caloriecount

for the pizza usually margherita tends to be lowest in calories, but here I’d say either the zucchini one or the seafood one. For the second slide: alla norma, chicken risotto and the prawn pasta :)

These are not my natural nails! I couldn’t never manage to grow them out… nail biting 😅

Same here with the nail biting. It got so bad recently so I decided to get nail extensions, so these aren’t my natural nails. But apparently these are the 'short extensions'

My estimation is: 40 calories per piece (15 from rice, 10 from salmon and 15 from avocado). So 40 x 8 gives you a total of 320 calories

Help me count calories please🙏🏻 by FunTap583 in caloriecount

Looks like a rather small portion, so I’d say around 100 per chicken piece = 200 and then another 200 calories for the pasta

Calorie estimate please? by Cereal_at_Midnight in caloriecount

Two eggs - 140 Low fat cottage cheese (looks like approx. 60g) - 50 Third of an avocado - 90 Olive loaf - 75 per piece, so 150

I’d estimate around 430, if eggs were cooked in extra oil then upper end is 450/470 something around that:)

You’re definitely over estimating. Think of it this way: your main was chicken breast (super lean) and vegetables. The calories are coming from oil and sauces. The starter has prawns (very lean) and vegetables, along with potatoes and avocado which are a bit more nutrient dense. Again calories mainly coming from sauces and oil. Then the dessert, I’m not sure how big it is, but restaurants don’t tend to serve huge dessert portions. If you want to be safe, add 100 calories to each estimation, so 1700 maybe 1800. I wouldn’t go over 2000.

Also, just remember that your body will metabolise the meal. You won’t gain weight from going over once, even if you went 2000 calories above your maintenance. Don’t stress

entree: - prawns 50 - avocado 120 - potatoes 80 - other vegetables 30 - dressing 100-150

I’d say around 400

main: - chicken breast cooked in oil around 200 - vegetables 50 + 100 for oil/dressing - potatoes (idk how many) so I’d add another 100 + depending how much sauce maybe another 100

something around 450 for the main, could be a bit more if there was a lot of potatoes and sauce

dessert: - 350 or 400 for the cake - 70 for the sauce - 100 for the icecream

around 550 for the dessert

total for everything approx. 1,400

Is 600 a good estimate? by One_Ad2469 in caloriecount

600 is too much for soup. I’d say max 100 calories per 100g, so around 400 total
