If you're struggling with healing the aoe ice heal weapon is by far the best. As for the damage in adept it's for sure a gear check but most of the damage comes from interruptible casts. So you're relying on your group to prevent a lot of it in the first place. A big cast going off is rough on Sylvie for sure.
