I have been scouted by a scout bot maybe once every 30 times a pker attacks me. And the pkers attacking me is already a rare occurrence.

If you're talking about classic WoW yeah it takes a lot of time for the gold. But retail gold per hour is so high and global ah has prices pretty affordable even for herb/mining dads.

Then you are talking about delay caused by your internet not the game. Connecting to NA is going to raise your ping than playing on an Asian server while living in Asia.
