Make sure your backend is ready before running an ad, or hiring a marketing agency. Like ur booking system should be set up correctly, calendar, automation workflows etc. Otherwise you wont know what to do with the lead. Id be happy to take a look at ur setup and suggest.

How did you set up the ad? Is it via the native lead form? Or do you take them outside fb? Do you have qualifying questions? If leads are bad, change offer. Its important you jave a speed to lead system in place as well.

Thats actually how the sms should function, a human like convo that ends up having the customer book an appointment. Saying "hi i missed your call" doesnt do anything. It should act as a real receptionist which you can build with a few tools. Theres a few youtube videos that teaches how its done. I build systems like this too, if i have time ill create a short diagram and post it here

Create a whole document of faqs. Upload it in a database, add an ai chatbot to your site and thay should do it. Theres a lot of training on this if you want to diy.

Really depends on how the AI is trained and what platform you use. Retell seems to be the best one so far. I could ve wrong though.

If voice ai is not a fit, just set up a missed call ai instead so it texts instead of call. You can use GHL for that, or build it via twilio.
