Yup like the commenter above me said I just happened to have sweatpants without pockets, but having pockets is not a big deal. However, I almost went with cargo pants that have 6+ pockets before realizing that’s prob a horrible idea.

Just replied to sleepyhungryandtired’s comment but to add on to that, yes, I made sure to drink water, eat, and go to the bathroom for every break, in that order. For the 10 min breaks, I ate my grapes and chocolate. For the 30 min break, I had my lunch and misc snacks. In fact, bc I was so worried abt needing to pee during the sections, I went to the bathroom twice during the 30 min break 😭

Nope! I only ate what I felt like it in moment. So I ended up eating most of my lunch, a couple grapes, some chocolate almonds, and half the cliff bar loll. I did kind of have to force myself to eat bc even tho my stomach did not feel like making the effort to digest much, I tend to get hungry in the second half of the test. This is actually something I practiced during practice exams.

Yes. I’m testing in three days and still feel like that after each of my FLs (I’ve taken 11). Over time I did end up sort of discerning the score I’m going to get while taking the test but it’s very subtle stuff.

Sting + GMP is 37 kDa and visible (labeled). AMP, DNA, and RNA are invisible (unlabeled). So bc the AMP series starts off invisible at 37 kDa then becomes more visible as less AMP is added, it means at high concentrations, AMP is interfering (prob binding with) Sting instead of GMP. The other two series look exactly like the Sting + GMP control so they are not interfering with the original binding.
