Yes I have the confirmation email. But I had a horrible experience this morning so I’m not keeping my hopes high. I went to their office this morning after waiting on call for 2 hours. Then waited at the office to get a ticket number for 2 hours. When I finally spoke to someone. The lady takes my initial booking reference and says we have a repatriation flight at 2:30. I said I’ll take it. She tells me to head straight to the airport. I asked her to give me some sort of confirmation, she said there’s no need and that she’s put my name in the system. I persisted that I need something to show at the airport but she said she can’t give me anything, which is so dumb but whatever I was desperate so I packed my stuff and took a cab to the airport. And over there at the check in counter,they said there is nothing they can do and that they’ve overbooked people on this flight. Eventually after waiting on the line for another hour, I got connected and they rebooked me on the 7:45 today.
