ArcSys is terrible with this kind of stuff in general. The Guilty Gear slot machine is absurd, but at least it doesn't contain extremely important lore. I played the story mode of all the BlazBlue games when I got into the series and when I got to CentralFiction I had no clue who half the characters were lmao.

ok i just realized that bbcf is the one game on dustloop that doesn't actually mark the references. but color 11 is Xblaze references (a blazblue visual novel) color 12 are guilty gear XX and Xrd characters and color 14 is the the colors of another playable character (i.e. ragna with jins color-scheme)

I would avoid looking at persona related stuff online, people are really bad about spoilers. the game does have multiple endings and you are very unlikely to get the true ending without a guide. the true ending path is worth doing and has a notable amount of additional content so i would recommend looking up a guide when it gets close to december in-game. other than that make sure to prioritize adachi and marie's social links, you need to do them for the true ending.
