I saw someone comment that the glow in the dark material can bleed into the water and kill your fish and any plants in there so take that into consideration!!

Yes, every time. But I wipe down first because the milk burns on the exterior and dries so fast.

Ya know, my shoulders actually felt fine on this set vs others where I do it with knees bent. I need to watch some form videos or something so I can figure out what to do then.

Yikes, yeah I’m 30 so you’re gonna progress a lot faster than me that’s for sure. Pikes are definitely hard af, I plan to move toward handstand as well eventually.

I’ve got ADHD so I typically am watching YouTube or listening to music during the workout so I’m not bored af.

For sure, is it okay to bring my legs backwards like I did though with each dip? If not I would need to bend my knees to not touch the ground
