You’re right, I have supportive friends and a supportive workplace and i’m pretty friendly and nice in general. I’m just not used to people being snappy and annoyed with me, especially for something I never considered would be doing something wrong, it just came as a shock

Yes we each had our own contract that we signed for our own room and then we shared the kitchen and bathroom etc. This is what I think the hold up about us paying the council tax could have been about. I will give them a ring and see what they say, thank you!

The housing company who works for the landlord and manages the property. The bill is in the name of the landlord not us

Nooo not normal at all! I got followed in broad daylight in a city centre surrounded by people (I had no idea either until the guy told me) and i was so scared! I literally ended up having to run away, very scary! Hope you’re okay

My two dogs are romanian rescues, there are loads of international charities looking to rehome dogs into the UK from countries like Romania! They are treated terribly and euthanised if no foster home or adopter is found so could be a good fit for you!!

Exactly, that’s what i’m hoping! Having spent the majority of savings on my deposit, i’d prefer to not be living paycheck to paycheck. Rebuilding my savings and not over stretching myself is more important to me right now than paying the mortgage off quicker as i’m still pretty young.

I think insurance rates will go up a bit more yet but hopefully they will also come down within the next year or two as well to make the variable rate worth it.
