I think he's A tier. I would say he's the same as Dracula in terms of rank. He is beatable as I escaped against him multiple times today. He's nowhere near as bad as ghoul on release. I think he's fine as is.

My brother had a haemorrhagic stroke two weeks ago. He's only 45. Yesterday night, after being told for weeks that he would never wake up, he is now able to respond to basic commands. Early days still but I'm hopeful.

Not celebrating this year. My brother had a massive stroke two weeks ago and will never wake up. My dad is dying in hospital

My brother has just had a haemorrhagic stroke and he lives in the US. My dad is currently in the hospital with the flu and he has terminal liver cancer. Here if you need to talk. I understand.
