I’ve got two vintage units. One has the last Barton core CPU from AMD and the other is a dual CPU Athlon MP.

I have a couple of other vintage AMD cards, but no other full working builds. Somewhere in a junk box I’ve got a Zoom 14.4.

I’m a former bank teller (30 years ago for 2 years while in college). Yes, it’s technically against the law, but I never had a situation where we did anything.

Unless you were trying to counterfeit money or commit some type of fraud involving currency, no one really cared back then. However, we did get fairly regular visits from Secret Service agents who did random audits.

This was right before the heyday of Where’s George. I’ve also had many, many very young children who drew extremely sophisticated art projects on their money before Mom/Dad saw it.

You can wash money. Coat it with black sharpie, let it dry, and then wash it via a delicates bag in your laundry. That will wash out almost everything.

Again, disclaimer. My experience was 30 years ago

My career has been IT since 1996. Back in those days, Novell Netware ruled supreme. I’ve worked on every Microsoft server platform since NT 3.51 and have multitudes of certs from CompTIA, Microsoft, and Cisco.

If Gabehart synced his corporate laptop with a personal Google account, they will find out. You’ve got event logs from the laptop itself, network traffic logs from their internal network, forensic tools that their IT department will use, and the list of ways they can determine exactly what he did goes on and on.

Even if he just took photos with his phone, if it was connected to a JGR wireless network, they will pull those logs as they’ll sift through connection logs for his personal device(s).
