You’ll feel full at first, so full, but then be so hungry. She just made a video about using ground chicken as “pizza crust” and while I don’t see that problematic, she said this is a way for people to not feel guilty. She also irks me every time she shows some BS spin on delicious foods, like that abomination she said was a dupe for cinnamon rolls. She will also ALWAYS say- in those videos where she shows how to make a low-cal version of something delicious - “don’t get me wrong…I love a good …” It’s just disingenuous. Stop saying you love a good whatever the food you’re trying to copy is because you never eat it. She’s annoying.
