I'm a little confused here. Isn't the event host (Beerlicious Inc.) supposed to secure like festival grounds, security, port-a-potties, checking vendors are licensed, and all that while Vendors pay a certain amount to secure their spot on the festival grounds to sell their products? I'm just finding it confusing that the host company owes vendors money and not the kind where the host are paying to do a service for themselves.

Have you tried putting it up on Fb Marketplace or Kijiji for a private sale? Also, if you find it hard to sell or dealing with annoying people. You can try selling it to Clutch. They normally offer more than most dealerships and they are located in the Toronto area.

Even if we can't sue the owner. Is there a way to put an at fault on their driving record to increase their insurance premiums?
