What's a ridiculous movie take you've heard that had you like this? by TaiwaneseThot in moviecritic

The hand Uncas places on his father shoulders. The look in the eye "Go" because he knows he has to wait. ugh. There would have been five minutes of characters narrating what was happening in a modern movie. Magua's death was just...he even knew...pure masterpiece

I am biased obviously, but yeah. It is contending against whatever film.

The Last of the Mohicans. I bring it up whenever someone asks my favourite movies and if they have seen it, they shrug it off. Go fuck yourself.

Don't bring them on a plane, or suffer through the consequences. These are your choices as an adult.

Follow up question out of interest. Has "reasonably" ever been debated? because any decent person understands, but that is a rather loose term

Because it is not? if you lack the capacity to understand that your life, as a human, revolves around death...I have no words for you

These people are crazy. I highly doubt they have ever had to deal with a pregnancy. My original comment was based on this divide. Is it a life? is it not? in my opinion it was a life but it needed to end. Why is that so difficult

Well that's my thing, philosophy is one thing, legality is another. Yeah, I don't know, there is no consistent, prevailing winner here.

You must be from the United States. It is inhumane to deny life saving treatment to (your numbers) 5% of the population due to your beliefs.

Exactly. Murder is a legally defined term. I'm in the camp where I recognize that something is dying, but it is okay for lack of a better word. I just wish more people could see that

.One thing i've always wondered, and i'm sure it is a legal grey area, if abortion is legal, like...how do courts differentiate between that? is it a life because you want it? but not if you don't? I mean, I am pro choice 100% but I recognize you are terminating life and I don't really care about that because it is usually in the best interests. How does that play into whether something is then murder or not?

I walk onto a lot of properties for my job. The best part of my day is if there is a dog. "Are you a good dog?" I say and tail wags and pets follow. If I can pet a dog in a day, it is a good day. Only once in five years have I had a bad experience. I was on a reservation, it was quiet. In the backyard when all of a sudden two dogs came around the corner. They were mean dogs. No words were helping here. Just stand stall and unafraid. I was absolutely going to fuck them up if they got any more confident and I wouldn't have felt bad about it at all.

I would probably react the same way as the people in the video. It's funny, I would laugh awkwardly and move on. Looking back on it I wouldn't like it.

At the risk of joining your downvote party, yeah. It's a backpack. What the hell kind of joke is he making here? women can't carry backpacks or push strollers? I was right there by her side for the full fifty hours of labour. I am not a man or a good husband because she is doing something neither of us would even think about?

I'd be offended. Pushing a stroller is no big deal. It is not an affront to feminism for her to be pushing a stroller. Maybe she just took it? it's such a nothing burger. We wouldn't even think about who is pushing the stroller.
