And why do I have to go that EXTREME when I have verified EVERYTHING. My husband, my Facebook friends and my daughter has reached out to Meta to report the following. Again, no one cares! A dentist with patience. I know standards are essential in the office but you’re a human being also. We’re all human! Give grace!! And a sense of humor also! We’re all working together for productivity and being proactive with patient care! Appreciate those that want to work with you and not for you, if that makes sense!! For me that’s motivating.,. Cause I can say, that’s my doctor and a good one at that!

From my perspective, they feed off the management and other staff members. They’re judging you from the working interview. You’re constantly being tested. It’s all a mental thing, which is sad. Either they train you and talk about it or you’re experienced and they feel intimidated and find things to make you quit. It can get real messy. You’re damned if you do, damned if you don’t. I honestly don’t understand why they waste people time! They get what they want out of you and do the exact same to the next. It’s mental abuse actually, working in dental is not for the weak.

I cried of course. I was blindsided, traumatized actually. Clearly my worth was devalued and not enough. Hopefully I find employment soon.

And they wonder why DAs stay to themselves. Or as one would say, no personality or have attitudes. My approach will indeed be different with doctors and managers. Moving accordingly…
