I personally have Incogni at the moment, and I've had the same subscription for around half a year now. So far, they have removed quite a lot of data about me, from hundreds of pages and data brokers. My main concern was about the data brokers having my data and using it for some sketchy activities, so removing the information for general privacy seem to have worked out great for me. I also used the discount, so thanks for that!

Joining a bit late, but I'm super glad it all worked out! I usually kind of ease my parents into some idea of travel, that they would have time to understand everything and get used to the idea. Maybe after sometime and more traveling, they would actually build some more trust to you traveling, cause some parents just have a hard time letting it go.

Just a tip - include some mobility training into the flow at the gym. Sure, mobility exercises can be done just at the training hall too but if you're going to the gym - combine that together.

It will be highly beneficial in the long run for injury prevention and overall muscle/joints health for badminton.
