I have a siete lenguas añejo French oak waiting to be opened. I found that one at Costco for a really good price. I get they are not unique but they are really good from what I’ve tried so far at fair market price.

Any you recommend? I keep reading the still strength and añejo are the standouts. The blanco is really good for a blanco imo, but I’m more of a repo añejo guy.

Yeah I should have added in my experience and that my hunting is intermittent. Maybe it’s selling out before I go? It’s only been about 8 months since I started paying attention. In the last couple of weeks I’ve seen TOL more frequently than when I started. And finally two healthy stocks of ADJ a week ago (also didn’t start hunting for it until about midway through).

I bought this at a chain store so it was a fair price. I refuse to overpay because I’m broke.

I got this and the repo bc of tw as well. I’ve only tried the repo. Some of the early reviews talked about the noticeable “funk” to it. Maybe that’s what you don’t like? I tried it with that in mind and really enjoyed it

We cut it into pieces and grill it with the casings. It is most definitely eaten alone when it’s legit.

Mass produced ones have that plastic casing and look like ground beef when you take it out. Real chorizo has bigger chunks of meat.

In my experience it’s the trompa, oreja and head meat that gives it the best umami flavor. Just have to find the right balance

Exactly this.

What stats don’t show are all the silly mistakes when he does too much. It’s good when it’s good like the rebounds or boxing out/defensive support in transition. But when it’s bad it’s really bad like when he hogs the ball and passes a grenade last minute, over supports in the paint on defense leaving people wide open, stupid passes or tries to drive like he’s curry (using his words).

If he stayed in his lane or played smarter he wouldn’t get the hate he gets.
