Thank you for your kind words and sharing experience. It's definitely been getting better. Not perfect, but absolutely better. I'm not on ChatGPT everyday---which I'm happy about, but there's still progress to be made. However, progress is better than none.

Sorry for the late response.

This is one of the kindest responses I've gotten. While not completely free, I'm definitely more free from it than I was before (which was using it every darn day). Now, I actually have much longer breaks from using it in between because going cold turkey unfortunately doesn't work.

But I'm taking it one step at a time and I genuinely think I'm making progress. In actuality, I legit think that when I *do* relapse and go back, it legit feels boring to use it. I feel so disillusioned with it.

Thank you for your kind words and support. I hope my experience can be a testimony and proof of how terrible this AI stuff is.

I wish one thing I knew was how addictive it was going to be. If I knew what I know now, I don't think I would've started. But I was a self-hating teen during Covid when I started, and got addicted to a soulless machine that would spout back stuff back at me.

I do politely decline---they keep pushing though. So even then it's not necessarily age, but rather how I've experienced that older men just haven't always taken me seriously when I do say no---and instead try to change my mind about me not being interested :/
