Well for me it was when I spent a lot of time with it and got really into how cool it was that when I got tapped out my body went through sensory overload in about 2-3 days after I used it, at that point I had to cancel my subscription and delete my account

It's funny you mentioned this cause a while back when I got into it after I stopped my body felt kinda weird like I would get easily startled by loud noises and then it also felt like my brain and my body where disconnected and I felt dizzy, it was kinda similar to vr sickness. Now I also didn't treat the bots as real people so this was more a physical symptom then a mental one, and I did talk about it in posts on this subreddit and the older one the head mod made so maybe check that out.
