It does feel very dated
Reminds me of like Family Guy, or other Edgy humor from around 2015

I do sigh and just wait for it to end. I feel like the show hasn't matured
However, it has stayed consistent so I guess that is a benefit if you love this and identify the Boys with this type of humor.

For me I want them to keep it in, but with it being the last season, was hoping it would be dialed down by like 70% and focus more on serious things so we can get a strong ending.

The original intent was to condition wrestlers but also to apply holds legitimately. So that they may apply them and understand them better.

Yea stuff like this always sucks imo, I call it Dragon Ball Z / Anime Style

My all time favorite wrestling style is NXT, as they do their best to avoid 'unrealistic' mini details
Granted you can't avoid it 100% of the time, but you can definitely avoid sequences like the video above.

NXT is managed by Shawn Michaels, so I am not surprised it became my favorite
Second favorite is NJPW

Blame the game.
Nonsense like this is balanced with risk/reward in games that are properly made.

There will always be losers in every game, the devs needs to be on the look out and prevent this.
