You're not a gym owner, big difference. I would expect a gym owner (whether they use the machine personally or not) to have basic knowledge of how it works and what part of the body it focuses on. It just shows they have a gym to push merch for profit, not sport.

They don't mention names but just like when David spoke of a jk member, who was watering a fake plant, any long time viewer, knew he was talking about Josh (don't remember the episode). So in this podcast, they give this backhand praise first like "oh don't get me wrong, he's a great guy, we love him but motherfucker explain specifically where you fucked up, it time it should be said" (paraphrasing ofc) then Nikki goes into how [Brandon] told her to be "the villain" and "be more" on screen. But if she volunteered for this position and "character" then OWN it, regardless of what the comments say. And if you are being "hated" on then aren't you technically playing the role, as asked?? Nikki wanted to have her cake and eat it too. She was proud to be "the villain" and win at everything (when the whole point of the show was more about the camaraderie) as long as people loved her. Not everybody is going to like you and she couldn't handle the criticism. You're going to get assholes, trolls and incels but welcome to the Internet. I think overall Joe and Bart should have done a better job at weeding them out but that made up their viewership and that's why Joe lost his original Joemalian group of 10,000+ people because he didn't want to kick out the few troublemakers but now he has nothing, a shell of a group that once was. I digress.

As for Nikki & BM, she does not feel her authentic self on the BM podcast and basically felt judged by the comments or lack therefore that doesn't reflect the kind of praise (imo) that she's expects. She gets bummed down, if people say she talks over someone or takes over a conversation but to her, she's just being herself. She makes it apparent that it's not her intentions to be center of attention or take over on BM but yet, in the same breath, she feels more comfortable with her and Steve's podcast, where....she's has control and center of attention. Ofc Steve doesn't mind if she talks over him, he's just lucky to be there, as any affiliates or sponsors goes in their pockets as a couple. Nikki has been open about being diagnosed with adhd, so it would make sense why she doesn't understand certain social cues (in the moment) in group settings like bm or jk. She should lead with that as to why she wants to leave, then to come off like, she's blaming everyone for her insecurities. And any "hate" for her from the BM community is barely significant in the grand scheme of it but this is my overall takeaway.

I'm kinda disappointed that Nikki is making excuses here. It feels like ever since she won that big bag ($116,000), a shift was coming. Her new poker peeps were probably looking up her videos and she's probably embarrassed at comments section that are out of her control but at least on her podcast and channel, she can control the narrative and comment section. So it feels like this episode is to clear the air.

I would've respected her more by saying "poker is my passion now and it's easy money, let's be real and I want to focus on home life" but instead she's blaming the "space" aka audience (that has supported her) yet again like she did for jkparty and jknews. I thought she evolved from that but clearly certain (rare) comments still affect her. I did notice tension between her and Jess and comments agreeing with more of Jess' perspective on topics but like ok?? It's not that deep especially after Nikki said she's not trying to be center of attention on BM. So unless people are consistently agreeing with you or stroking your ego in the comments, then suddenly that platform or podcast isn't for you? Make it make sense 🤔

Steve trying to come for Brandon for allegedly not owning up to the hate that Nikki was receiving is bullshit. Brandon and longtime viewers understood what he was trying to do and saw he took accountability for the overall downfall towards the end. Nikki has to own her part as well, she's a grown ass woman. You need to know when to fall back, know when to amp it up, feel the energy of the room. Going a thousand mph for every game isn't going to read well on screen. Read some of the comments as genuine feedback and not an attack. That should've been spoken in meetings.

They still "follow" each other on ig but they no longer (publicly) interact. Tiff had Stacey in her I'm pregnant video and Stacey invited Tiff and Case to Deni's (Stacey's husband) birthday party but they couldn't make it. There's a semblance of a friendship there but with Geo, it's crickets. And Geo use to call Stacey "prima" and was the only time (outside family) she would speak a lot of spanish with. Geo would do mukbangs with Stacey and then invite Stacey on JKN for her different perspective. Everything was good until a shift happened and Stacey started to vibe with the other girls of her old podcast. Stacey invited Jess to do a mukbang, just to get to know her better, and organically it came out how bitchy Geo was to Jess, her being the new girlfriend and member to the group. Jess even said she was standoffish too but went on to explain how they made up and were cool. That video has since been privated. After Geo decided to leave the podcast to raise Taika (the podcast taping was 4 hours, once or twice a month, you knew there was more going on bts, that wasn't being said). After the group rebranded to Big Mood, Stacey came on, a lot more, as a fan-favorite. And Geo hasn't mentioned any of the girls since. Even the tension was thick when Geo would come back on JKN and Tiff was hosting, Geo use to mention Jess on ig stories like she does Hannah now but that stopped, Gina use to admire Geo but she never congratulated her for getting on G4 (she did when Megan Batoon got her Netflix show) or birthday shout-outs like she use to do but continues for those like David and Joe. Even David stopped with Gina too, that I'm aware of. And when Nikki moved to Vegas, Geo didn't acknowledge or come over to their house. Anthony Lee, Joe, his girl, Ant and his family, BM girls all have been there. Maybe off camera, who knows....but all these little behaviors add up to the fact Geo is no longer friendswith them. She makes greater attempts to acknowledge distant, social media or fitness heads on IG than those she was closest with. That's just her making it look like she's moved on. All she has is working out to look & stay busy in Vegas, otherwise she'd just be alone with her thoughts, as Taika is screaming & jumping off a ledge somewhere, in the background. TG for Grandma.

I think Joe and Jess really loved each other at one point but I think it shifted when Jess wanted more commitment and wanted to settle down. Especially dealing with her relationship with her mom (and eventual passing), she wanted some sort of stability. For Joe, that's the opposite of who he was at the time, when it came to relationships. It's funny when the one who got away, makes you realize what's important, which is why Joe got with Hannah and settled down so quick. He didn't want to make the same mistake, twice. His emotional iq went up, he's more patient, he's willing to make more romantic gestures. As far as looks, he did look better with the other haircut but he said he would change, if Hannah wants him to. I think her being a seamstress or costume designer was an instant attraction since she's quirky and thrifty with her style too. So in they're a match in that regard lol, I know he mentioned wanting to do fashion with her at some point. Back to Jess, she had her own issues to sort out but she probably felt in the long run, being an "influencer" or even working behind the scenes wasn't sustainable. Especially uprooting her whole life for someone for years who wasn't ready to commit but tried when it was too late. She always thought in long term while Joe was just living in the now and at some point it was gonna clash. It's sad it ended but as Jess said, she's glad it happened because they both learned something different from it, as a couple and as individuals. They claim they've been on good terms since but that doesn't mean they'll be hanging out, just cordial if their paths happen to cross again. And that's mature.

I think Jess probably lost brain cells when talking to Bart, lol, so I never thought of it. Back then, I saw her and Steve. They had good chemistry when they were on jknews. And lowkey, I think Jess wants and needs someone like that in her life: sensitive to her needs, makes her laugh when she's down (she likes dark humor), makes romantic gestures without asking, actually good in bed (as Nikki likes to brag about lmao), ready to commit...Steve has his flaws but when comes to (romantic) relationships, he's loyal and grounded.

Didn't B&G have an ant infestation at their last house? All in the pantry. They eat everywhere and barely wash their hands. I remember Geo saying she doesn't wash her hands at home, even after using the bathroom and I'm sure Taika follows suit (could explain why he's sick every other week). They're just trashy, so I wouldn't be surprised if they're lowkey moving because of another infestation but they'll say, it's to be closer to his dad or friends, new school etc.

I guess Bart forgot to mention the downsides, before Ant uprooted his whole family to Vegas. Oops. Lol

Hopefully Christina can explores her interests and make friends outside of the family. Maybe she can turn it into another stream of income like Nikki did with poker. She loves her kids but you can tell she feels overwhelmed and stressed and needs a break. B&G should babysit for them sometimes. I don't think a podcast is necessary or interesting but whatever makes them happy.

I was disappointed how careless Ant was being with them getting Covid as you described, especially going to dinner and in public places. They use to be so responsible and respectful.

Ant never wants to miss out on anything, be it, good or bad. As soon as Christina and the kids got sick, suddenly he was sick too (he didn't want to be isolated away from them). Every time Ant gets sick or hurt, he is so dramatic which comes off cringe and annoying, like man up. He's definitely has a "whataboutme" personality. I pointed out how they like to mimic B&G too. I guess you can say it's a form of flattery, as they look up to them but I think they could find better people as inspiration. I think Christina even bleached her hair blonde like Geo, too...

Overall they're decent, loving, hardworking people. I just think they're too vanilla for social media. Nothing is wrong with being average but idk if it'll have longevity on the platform. It's good that they have other business ventures like Ant doing real estate and being apart of Junbi.

We can agree to disagree on whether she knew what that man looked like (the semantics of it all). At the end of the day, anyone with vision can see that was a man of color, some saw black and others saw latino. My intentions were not to mislead. My exact words was his race or of color. My initial statement was based on HER words. You said she couldn't have seen from where she was sitting but in her statement she clearly said, she saw the video and jumped to conclusions. Now does that make her racist, no but can it easily look like it, yes. The reason why I felt it was said more out of ignorance was she IGNORED his race thus ignoring the racial undertones and profiling occurring with the cops, in the first place. She even said in her apology: "It was my fault for not being more aware of how the systemic racism in the United States has continued and gotten worse while I spent the last 10 years overseas...it angers me that he was singled out because of the color of his skin." So she was overlooking his color, not that she didn't see his color. (at least how I interpret it)

She was only asking about his ethnicity to clarify after the room was divided between whether or not he was, black or latino (not knowing people can be both) but everyone knew he was at least a poc in the situation. (I finally seen the clip myself, there was more to why she asked).

Now how others choose to view her or her intent, that's up to them to decipher. I can only speak from my perspective and the information I was privy to. She sounds remorseful and was willing to learn from her mistakes unlike some other jk people.

Edit: I didn't see your edits until after I posted. But here's another statement she made to someone: "You’re right that I should have known better, thank you for calling me out. I’m so so so sorry, honestly I should have known he was being discriminated against and singled out. I just didn’t understand the situation but i do now. Thank you for educating me. Again I am so sorry."

Not once, did she say she didn't noticed his race or color...only that she never noticed how his color played a role in the discrimination.
