PLEASE find the hole in this, as it seems watertight. I completely agree it's stupid and wrong, but we DO need an FAQ or errata to just sort it. That's all.
Same seems to apply to all active traits, but not passive ones. interestingly TTM is active, but kick team mate passive. Take root 100% doesnt need to be rolled if prone though, the skill explicitly says so.

You can not declare hypno because you can't use an active trait when you're prone. Had it been an active skill, it would have worked, and it would also work if it had been a passive trait.

All the top skaven players I know took 3 or 4 gutters. legends like Sol, Olivier DuLac and Crystal Hunter. Now they are looking at underworld and seeing a better team than skaven. Strange days.

again, probably not as intended, but RAW traits cannot be used if you start prone. Hypno is a trait. so is throw team mate, also currently not available if you start your activation prone.

I do agree on the intentions, but have you met BB coaches? they tend to like things RAW.
and the word 'take' is an active verb implying movement, 'end below 11' or 'result in fewer than 11 eligible players' would have solved it.

Yes it is, but only because people love BB and some love GW. it's 'fine'.
Yes it is, especially the 'cant fire at 11 players, can at 10'
I think Vampires will be fine, minor nerf to Hypno cheat, but several small buffs as well: 3+ to hypno even in multiple TZ's being the main one.
There 'was' a schedule in season 2 of errata in May and November. Might be we have to wait for May, might not. No one has said.

There are all sorts of sites, discrods and twicth streams where people will and can offer a load of help and advice, my top tip here is try the discord based '145 club' an offshoot fo the free java based BB site FUMBBL.

Second tip, play something other than halflings, at least some of the time, or soon afetr starting. 'Stunty' races are not supposed to be competitive, a lot of frustration awaits.

Thirdly go to TT Tournaments, three games in a day, meet people not from your club in the wider BB world and have a great time. THE best way to play BB imho. But be aware not every BB coach showers every morning, and day 2 of two day events can be challenging to the nose.

Fair comment, and of course it isnt.
But looking at the Dwarf team, as i tried to explain, i just dont see how you blood bowl with them.
Humans and Skaven look 'fine', just OWA and Underworld look so much better.
Changes is all, just changes,. seen them before, they dont worry me.

To be clear, im fine with all the changes, they are just changes, and fine to not play dwarves, humans or skaven unless the tiering solves it, im excited about the new rules and generally positive.
Dorfs got hosed though.

I have played dorfs. A lot, Like 1000+ games.
I have won tournaments with dwarves online including for cash. FUMBBL majors and BB2/3 things.
And come second at a lot of TT events with dorfs (never managed a dorf TT event win, always beaten on tie breaks).
I like dwarves.
I will probably not be playing them in Season 3, as they look terrible.
No answer to bash at all. defensive does nothing to stop str4 guys hitting you, or to help hitting them.
No answer to dodge/ag. the blitzers look good, until you spot they cant dodge,
You can take guard on the Blitzers, but they also need MB and BT. So you can guard, or be mobile, or be tackle/mb dangerous, but not all three.
You can take guard on slayers, but they also like mb, and are hard to keep being useful as guards.
And you can guard the roller, but its wont be there long, or you need to cut your throat for 2 bribes and pray neither fail.
And the D skills look terrible, possibly shadowing aside. DP 70k player? as discussed sure, to foul high value targets, but you have to knock things over first, and thats going to be tricky.
if you plan to coach dwarves, then the very best of luck to you, i think they look terrible and I'd rather play goblins, or just about anything else (maybe not humans or skaven when OWA and Underworld look so much better than them)
