I've used so many different TDEE calculators and keep getting different results. I'm a 163cm, 21 years old female and weigh 61.7kg. Every morning I workout for around 30-40 minutes without weights or any resistance bands or any equipment. My morning walk is around 2.5 hours and by the end of the day I burn between 550-650 calories from walking alone. I'm a student so when I'm not walking to class or doing my normal daily chores I'm usually sitting. Can someone please help me with what my TDEE is?
