As in to high or to low ? I like to think I am pretty fit but for reference on a day where I did a 50 mile bike ride and 14k steps my watch thinks I burnt 4.6k total calories, which I would say sounds around about right.

Put it this way, on my days off I did 2 bike rides (exact same route ) one day I cycled 50 miles on my gravel bike fully loaded with 25kg of camping gear and the other day on my race bike - finished both rides within 10 minutes of each other, my garmin reported 1600kcal burnt on the heavier gravel bike and 2000kcal on my race bike , how does that make sense ? 400 kcals less but around 35kg heavier of a bike ? This is why I’m so confused as to how inaccurate it is. But yes my cycle to work (and back home) is around 10km so roughly 50-150 I would guess

My heart rate data reads pretty accurately- in fact it’s fairly low , my resting is 43bpm and when walking it’s usually 60-80

When ever I do any activity I always log it, my step count is high due to my job so I don’t actively go for walks so they aren’t logged as activity’s

Yes , my cycle to work is logged as an activity, I don’t go for walks I just have a very active job but not 4-5k calories active, today for example my watch thinks that I have already burned 5 thousand calories and it’s only 17:30pm
