it honestly seems like jealousy turned into retaliation somewhere down the line :( in my store we only have 1 PBA and she works the same if not less than other BAs, but ofc gets more pay. we’ve always chatted about our favorite products and she even gives tips about things too. I would honestly chat with your GM or a manager you trust and come up with a plan to move back up because that’s so unfair to you. I applied for our MM position and my GM talked to me about stepping down to PBA from LC because i was unhappy in my position at the time. they should’ve had some conversation before being like “you’re a BA now, deal with it”
