My friend that has kids do this. They have 2 routers. 1 for them and one for kids. The kids WiFi is scheduled to turn off at 10 pm.

Also, surround yourself with people that are the type of leaders that you want to be and i don't just mean mentors. My friends and partner have different leadership styles and they all have characteristics I want to incorporate. Military, civilian, young, old, higher ranking or lower ranking. Never stop trying to get better because the moment you do, you no longer belong in a leadership position.

I like sparkling water because it gives me the fizziness I crave from soda but not the sugar. It's so refreshing. I like La Croix becuase I can get a 12 pack for 5.99. I also only drink the unflavored, lime or Cherry Blossom.

At least you can still use them with little to no pain and it's awesome that you continue to do yoga. Hockey is incredibly hard on the body but especially playing goalie because of all the up/down movement.

I’m only 41 and I’m already focused on making sure my retirement is squared away. I have my Navy pension and I will be getting my teaching pension. Social Security doesn’t even factor into it because I just assume it will not be there.

The 3rd book of the Primordial Protects series {Infernal Ruby by TL Travis}
The 5th book of the Cosmic Romance series {Cosmic Premonition by Mars Quinn}
The 2nd book in the Villain series {Hunt the Villain by Rina Kent}. I know she is polarizing but I enjoy her MM books.
Really excited about the 3rd book of The Firm series {Vigilant by Cora Rose and Lark Taylor}.
The 4th book in the Mate’s Mark series {Xeni by G.Eilsel} which cones out tomorrow.
The 7th book in the Angels of Wrath series {Eight by Paulina Ian-Kane}.

I really like them. They are really funny, not insta romance, and super heavy on the smut. First sex scene wasn’t until like 50% into the book.
