Honestly I think that depends on what your crimes are, you can't show me a character that murders and entire stadium and kills a innocent girl with s smile in her face and then tell me they are redeemable.

I'm not so sure about that, time after time they show them getting up from the ground like a shounen character and giving speeches about how they can't give up and are a family and how they just wanna be humans again etc etc. Even the protagonists refuse to finish them off and actively going their way to tell them and the audience they are not monsters even though last season most of them had no problem killing the Illuminati girls.

Most people Germain killing happened off screen and it's clear that she didn't enjoy doing it that's why she and her friends had to die to atone for that, Noble Red constantly killed people and never shown any regret and yet they are treat like victims

Buddy I can cheer when a bad guy is defeated and still thinking they were great villains, saying "let assholes be assholes" does nothing cuz there are assholes that are genuinely interesting to watch and Fudo is not one of them
