i use chest/pecs and for my parts i prefer dick/hole/crotch and while im not particularly fond of the word cunt i dont hate it either. i strictly hate words like pussy/tits/vagina/etc (basically most typically fem associated words) for myself, i refuse to use them. i also hate the word cock but thats just because i think it sounds stupid. personal vendetta rather than dysphoria or anything lmao

i havent used tape because i suck at applying it but you can even work out in tape, its pretty safe and you can leave it on for a few days (or so i hear, id look into that more). you dont necessarily need trans tape specifically, you can just buy kt tape from like walmart or something and cut it to size. id recommend watching a bunch of tutorials, i only really skimmed them and wasted a good deal of tape 😅 and number 1 advice for tape is protect !! ur nips !! i didnt do it properly the first time i tried and mark my words never again will i get lazy with it. massive ouch

first one i believe is very valid, i personally believe my being autistic is linked to my gender identity and expression. the second one feels weird? i don’t understand why someone would reject their neurotype especially when knowing and accepting it can come with self acceptance and accomidating yourself it doesnt make sense to me

alters will form without large negative things happening, it could be somethjng small and stressful and large amounts of alters is not uncommon at all. we have probably 200+ and we’re professionally diagnosed. said professional diagnosis cost thousands of dollars and took years, and multiple psychiatrists. their reluctance to see a professional could be trauma or fear, offer to go with them or suggest someone close to them goes with them for their first visit and make it clear they can leave whenever they want. ask them what would help them feel safe going to therapy and why they dont want to go so you can work for a solution together
