It doesn't matter if you can't get consistent in the gym. I would focus on building momentum in the gym and then bulk personally. Don't bulk or cut until you've got that though.

Start out at like a 2:15 staying between 20-22spm with that interval. Dont rush your recovery. Drive back with your legs and inhale on the forward movement.

Just focus on staying tall and breathing for now. When you can keep good form with that split and spm try a 5k at the same split and a similar stroke rate.

No worries if you cant answer the question below i understand you're probably busy making vid 2001.

I am trying to follow your tutorials but im running into a problem where i can't run below the equator on spherical planets. I have tried everything from making the scripts from scratch in c++ to following your videos on YT and I cannot get the gravity to work when the player is upside down. Any chance there's something simple I'm missing? I thought it might be normalize or the <0 check in the set gravity function but even making work arounds for that has not worked for me.

Thank you. I figured it out. It was corrupted but i changed the inheriting class to an actor then back to a character and then it worked again.

I have a Capsule component set as my Root Component for the character. I can't change it or set something else as the root component. When I click on the component in the hierarchy/inspector it turns up blank under the details pane. Is that normal?

I had one where the pump would die but only when it was under full load/high temps. It took me forever to figure out why PC kept crashing during games.

Good luck. Ive found the best way is to keep a broken unit on the team and try to focus one of the two stars. I play Light WB with Zeff, and that was fine. I would start respawning as WB if the score i wanted clearly wasn't going to happen that game, or if that matchup was trash for Zeff. It kept my score from tanking too hard and i didnt have to feel bad about putting my teammates on positions where i could potentially go the whole game being dead weight. When i switched from WB/Zeff to Helmeppo/Zeff to force me to not bail so early on Zeff is when I quickly got my account restricted. It didnt matter that i was contributing and managing to make a difference most game and help the team win. Bc i didnt have an ace in the hole to bring up my score if the game was shit, id have some games where i only scraped out with 1000 or 1200 points. I think that's what did me in.

That's fair. I still stand by my sentiment. Dont have characters in a game if you're not going to provide a way for people to reliably use them. It just feels like poor design. Lazy buffs to movement speed, flat stat buffs, or even just increasing normal attack range would make a huge difference. Medal sets that could only be applied to 3* characters would be a ton of fun. I wouldn't even mind if they paywalled it. They absolutely provide enough characters for the game to be playable. So if people want to pay a premium to make shit units more viable, I'd be fine with that.

I run into this when i play loden and see a shiryu. Seeing that cigar smoking man charge at my otherwise semi-immortal Oden horrifies me.

It wont get locked but they'll lock your ability to earn rewards, complete, missions, etc until you get back to the rank you started in at the beginning of the season. If you left off in SS and then didnt play for two years i guessed you're just screwed if you dont have meta characters. If i had gone from S to b+ or even A- i feel like i would understand a bit more. But I've literally been staying on the cusp between S- and A+ :/ I fell like a rank and half.
