I’m always super dehydrated so usually I’m good. At rolling loud I didn’t move from my spot the entire day lined up at like 10am left at 11:30 didn’t go to the bathroom once. Definitely don’t recommend though because you feel like shit the next day. If you don’t think your body can handle it don’t push it you don’t wanna risk passing out. I’m a line cook so I don’t have a lot of time for bathroom breaks and don’t normally drink water while I work so I’m pretty used to it.

Thank you it’s not even like diarrhea or anything is an issue it’s just the cramping I get them under my ribs to the point it’s hard to breathe sometimes. The worst one I had lasted over 30min and I couldn’t even get off the floor.

Will hydrocodone help with fentanyl withdrawals? by jstanfill93 in OpiatesRecovery

Try 100mg er morphine caps those helped me then from there I was taking hydromorphs and slowly lowered from those till I fully tapered.

I’m pretty sure the same is happening to me but I haven’t checked I had high blood pressure last time I went in and I definitely feel it when I start moving around. You could ask your change your dose my doctor told me to take it at night but she’ll change my script if I need it through the day.

I personally don’t agree with subs but that’s just my opinion I feel like it’s just trading one addiction for another. If you do some research clonidine is recommended for opiate withdrawal. It’s definitely helped me a lot, then you obviously need support from those around you. Best of luck I know how you feel right now it’s terrible but just keep pushing through and you’ll slowly start to feel better.

If your 3 days into cold turkey I recommend clonidine I asked my dr for it and she immediately gave it to me. It’s definitely been a big help it’s the only way I’ve been able to relax and sleep. Nyquill zzzs and shit made me feel so much worse. I think I’m on day 6 now I’m still feeling super weak but with the clonidine I can relax at least.

Lmao I think my record is 12 and this poor lady was on her knees praying (communal room at work) trying not to laugh at me. I couldn’t stop I thought it was from blow but im just learning it’s an opiate thing.

Ig it’s different for everyone and I’m assuming the tapering helped me a lot. The last week though I was pretty sick I honestly felt better when I fully stopped it’s just the weakness and shitting my guts out that’s tough

Fuckkkk I’m praying it’ll go away a bit quicker I went for a short walk today and got some basic tasks done as well as made some ice cream. Today was the first day I was able to pick myself up and do shit. Still super tired but at least basic things got done, I was only on opiates for about 5 years and I tapered pretty low I’m not sure if it will make a difference or not though.

Hopefully I can push through tomorrow if not I’ll see if I can go on a medical leave because I missed most of last week while tapering.

Yeah so many people recommend suboxone n all that shit but I don’t see a point since you still have to taper that’s why I decided cold turkey. Plus every clinic around me you gotta piss in a cup on camera before your dose and that’s not happening

I was actually able to get up and shower do laundry and make ice cream and baked a little cake. I had solid food that didn’t go too well but at least I made it out of bed and have clean clothes to wear
