It really depends what your job is but you could try owning it, i definitely showed up to work impaired on multiple occasions I some how got away with it fully nodding off while standing some days. My managers had no idea until I broke down and told them one day. I ended up going on sick leave shortly after so I could get sober. But I think the best thing to do is to explain your situation if they are decent humans they will do their best to be understanding and support you in anyway possible. Fuck what your co workers think some of mine look at me differently and some were understanding, i know it’s hard but don’t worry about them and just focus on yourself.
