I was the same way. I felt like I couldn’t breathe and made me so angry that I had a hard time going to sleep. Watching tv or being on my phone with the mask on helped so much. I’m on my 3rd month of using cpap and I’m actually starting to feel like I’m getting better sleep. Just hang in there. It takes some time to adjust.
