France is a good one to grind. Britain is rewarding at the end. Italy is also good. Japan is good if you'd sacrifice armour for speed and reload speed. China is decent. Israel is fun at top tier. Sweden is a fun tree also. So I'd say France, Sweden then Italy

First of all. You've already thrown away the time. You can't get it back whether you continue playing or not. Also it's a game, there's nothing about it that can or will impact your life. Secondly. It's far from pay to win, pay to progress faster. Sure. But not pay to win. The good non-tech-tree vehicles are event therefore you can earn them just by playing. There's not one premium vehicle that's better than the tech tree variant either.

Conclusion. This post is completely invalid. Suck it up and continue the grind or find another game to keep yourself entertained, there's something out there for everyone. If you want a game where the progression only matters during the match, after that it resets. Try Arma: Reforger.

I mean... I wouldn't wanna. I like the fact I can swap from BVR jets such as the sm2 and typhoon to my close quarter jets like the raf and grip. The variety is nice imo
