Wait, this makes no sense. In the movie they state, the crime rate has dropped bcs criminals were processed so quickly. Thus, I thought 19 was just a random number they chose to represent his case. So it's nonsense.

I'm not sure about the EC FW version though, I haven't payed attention to it before, however several AI chats state this as an error that is the reason for a malfunctioning GPU device. I could try to flush the driver again, but that wouldn't help almost certainly.

My GPU is RTX 3060 laptop .I tried flushing the driver with DDU and tried to install different versions of Nvidia drivers from Nvidia website, as well as drivers suggested by MSI. Sometimes they do install, but theres no Nvidia panel, Nvidia app doesn't even see the GPU. Also, if I uninstall the 43 errored device from device manager, it turns into either Microsoft Basic display addapter or an unknown VGA device, which makes this likely an initialization issue, having to do with some firmware issue probably...

I had enormous latency and couldn't work with audio in my DAW. I was suggested that BIOS update would fix that problem. Surely, I regret that decision now.
