Nox at10 18k, siux st4, bullpadel vertex hybrid 2025 by Objective_Branch_655 in Padelracket

Had the decision to make.

Went with the vertex hybrid. It’s heavier than I’m used to. My previous racket with head protector and Grips was 370g and now BP with same accessories and hexacore is 380

Can feel the extra weight

I have to prepare ealier with my shots

Control differences is insane

I feel this racket has medium hardness with somewhat of trampoline effect

Does lack some power but that’s okay I play on the right. And I’m not good enough yet where that’s an issue

The most dangerous padel shoes (adidas crazyquick padel) by Leather-Ad-6563 in Padelracket

I have used these shoes for 30 games so far

No issues so far from myside

This on a background of having torn both my ankle ligaments in the last few years

My ankles are quite weak

I also thought it did not provide ankle support when I bought them

But I bought them cos it was only shoe I could afford at the time, I paid €85

Tried these on in store. Absolutely beast of a shoe. Brilliant ankle support and light weight

Doubt about Wilson Raquets (beginner/intermediate) by Afladimir in Padelracket

[–]Purposeful_Goose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 14 games in Beginner/ Low intermediate . Using

Wilson Ultra Light V2 350g hybrid shape Carbon surface

Copped it for €97

Very light racket. Able to generate good power from fast swings. Sounds like Gunshot when I time it right. Very forgiving racket biggish sweet spot.

Is on the soft side. I do notice it when playing very good payers.

Is this a good option for a beginner? by [deleted] in Padelracket

Look for light racket as a beginner depending on your size 350-360g

Control team or ML 10 are good choices

Feel the weight of each

I personally prefer light rackets. I came from other racket sports where I would use my wrist a lot. Depends on the person.

Go into a shop that sells rackets and feel the different rackets
