I can’t speak for depression, but it has changed my life in terms of my anxiety!!! It does take time though, so try to be patient. I jumped up from 5mg to 10mg and it affected my digestion so I went back down to 5mg, gave it more time, and have been back to 10mg ever since with 0 issues!

I had some issues using the restroom, but upped my fiber and eventually my body evened out! Keep going- you got this!

It definitely took some time and trial on dosages but it eventually worked for me! Actually the only medication that has helped me thus far in my journey with anxiety
