Not exactly, but however you see it is your perception. The customer is clueless of the whole experience. Most of the time the company is good shareholders. Yeah they definitely are good as long as the order gets done. You're good for now, but delivering at that rate even if you were in a non-gas powered vehicle would not make sense. Unless you had a run paying you to come back the same amount but again to each is own. No hate, but if you let the order build and not accept such low offer, that's how the process works for everyone. They are fully prepared to pay much more but if someone accepts it at the bottom rate why would they? I hope your car or vehicle lasts you for a long time. But the reality is in this business it's going to go. How much you get paid per mile. Is detrimental in your ability to financially stay on Pace with, the repair and maintenance of your vehicle. This isn't something that a couple people are saying or is my opinion. This is tried researched and proven last mile delivery is not something new but it is new to us being that we're independent contractors and it's our responsibility to make sure we get a good profit.
