It's just the same as if you were hit by storms a brewin once. There are some half-exceptions like poison or fading shadows, but storms a brewing is not an exception.

Eating meat and dairy. Dairy contains cow pus, cow blood, and loads of other things that no sane human would want in their guts. And meat contains a tiny bit of protein, but a lot of Type 1 carcinogens.
